What are your hours?

24/7, every day, all day!

Do I have to sign a contract?

No! We have both contract and non-contract plans. Please note that all memberships are recurring, we don't offer a "pay as you want" option.

What type of equipment do you have?

The same stuff as at big box gyms! Matrix, Cybex, Life Fitness....cardio, strength, you name it!

How old do I have to be to be a member?
​
16 to work out independently, 12 to work out with an adult.

Can I bring a friend?
​
Yes! There is a $5.00 per visit guest fee, and the guest MUST have a signed waiver turned in.

You absolutely are not allowed to bring unregistered guests or let people in for free.

How do I cancel my membership?
